What type of rental property can I list? You may list any type of rental property as long as it meets the minimum guidelines specified in our listing terms. How long does my advertisement last? The terms of our listing packages are defined clearly on our pricing page. We offer different packages to suit every advertisers needs so make sure to look for the best package for your needs. Will my online advertisement appear in your magazine? All online advertisements appear in our magazine and all magazine advertisements appear online 24 hours a day on our website. Can I purchase multiple advertisements? Yes you can purchase multiple advertisement packages. Please consult our advertising pricing guidelines to see what package is best for you. Do you offer a Realtor package? Yes we offer a package designed for Realtors. Please see our Realtor Package for more information. Are you a property rental company? No, we are not a property rental company. We are a tool for real estate investors and agents to cost effectively advertise their own rental properties to our market of renters. What type of exposure does my advertisement receive? We feature your advertisement on our website 24 hours a day to potential renters. We also feature your rental property in our monthly publication which is distributed to 110 locations within Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco County, Florida. Where do you distribute your magazine? We distribute our magazine to all 7-11 locations throughout Pinellas, Pasco, and Hillsborough. Additionally we distribute to other heavily trafficked stores and locations throughout the Bay area. Do you offer any guarantees? As we are not a rental company we make no guarantees with regards to the rental of your property. We do guarantee to keep your advertisement online 24 hours a day for the entire term of your advertising package. We promise to publish your advertisement in our monthly publication and to distribute these publications as promised. We promise to deliver potential renters to our website and to provide top notch customer service and support for all our customers. Do you handle the lease application and rental process? Although we do not process applications, we do offer these lease applications as well as other forms to assist property owners. These forms can be downloaded under the legal forms link. Do you offer a tenant screening service? Although we do not screen tenants in house, we do offer many links to these resources in our Links And Resources section. How can I pay for the service? We offer payment by credit card, debit card, check or money order. |
