The following price packages are for a calendar month. The magazine will be distributed at the beginning of each month. Due to this method of delivery, a 30 or 60 day rental will not be feasible.

The listings are packaged to allow bulk purchases of multiple listings. This multiple listing package will allow investors with multiple properties to save a significant amount of money over the course of the year. This will also afford investors the opportunity to lock in lower rates for listings in the event that listing prices increase. All packages must be purchased and paid for in advance.

For Example: if an investor makes 5 basic listings over the course of a year and purchases them separately, each time they will not be eligible for a discount. If that same investor purchases a basic package of 5 listings in advance they may list the 5 properties at any time and save $5.00 per listing.

Basic Package: The basic package is the lowest priced package. Each listing will be circulated in 2,500 magazines over the course of one month.

Extended Package: This package allows the property to be listed for two months for only $20.00 more. The listing will be circulated in 5,000 magazines over the course of two months.

Long Term Package: This package allows the property to remain in the magazine for a period of up to 12 months or until it has rented. This package is the best value and ideal for a property that has been difficult to rent. Due to this package being such a great value, no discounts are available for multiple listings.

Realtor Package: This package is designed for realtors as well as any other investor who wishes to purchase an entire page. The cost for this page is $300.00. Maximum number of listing per page is 12. A banner across the top of the ad is permitted. The maximum size banner is 1” X 4.5”

Seasonal Rental Package: For the purposes of this magazine, a seasonal rental is defined as a property that is leased for less than a year . Due to this method of renting, defined dates and terms for the lease are generally not available for listing in the magazine. The cost for listing a property as seasonal is $360.00. This will allow a property to be listed for a one year period. The standard requirements for defined lease dates and availability will be waived.
